Flight 23 has crashed in the Bermuda Triangle while en route to Philip Stevens' new museum, which was carrying VIPs and expensive paintings. As a result, when the hijackers deplane and use sleeping gas to knock everyone unconscious, the plane crashes into the ocean. The passengers survive, but a small hole in the front of the jet is filling it, necessitating two daring rescues to be carried out because everyone is stranded 200 feet below the surface of the ocean.
