The Delinquent

Deliverion boy Chung rings a delivery for a martial arts school in the neighborhood. Punching the bag and throwing the instructor out for his money, he proves that he, too, is an active student of kung fu. Chung has had a difficult upbringing. His father continuously nags him to put in the extra effort. When Chien-Pe, the leader of a disability-based crime syndicate, interrupts him one day, he responds with a defiant sneer. Fighting and beating them up leads to Chung's dismissal from his position as an accountant. In order to acquire Chung, Chien goes to Tai Chung, his supervisor, who is also his mentor.
