The Librarians
The Librarians can be a Australian television comedy series which originated on ABC television October 2007 on 31. In Ireland the show on RTÉ Two. The series is produced and written by Robyn Butler and Wayne Hope who are also the principal cast members. Hope is the series' director. The series included six thirty-two episodes. The second series having the following six episodes began airing on 5 and was filmed in the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds.
The series centers on Frances O'Brien, a devoutly Catholic and also blithely racist head-librarian's trials and tribulations. Her entire life unravels when she is forced to employ her ex-best friend now a drug trader. Frances needs to do all she is able to contain her menacing past and concentrate on this library calendar's event -- Book Week.
Filming on a series took place in 2010 that season aired on ABC1. The Librarians motif music is an upbeat variation on the favorite jazz graph"A Night in Tunisia" by Dizzy Gillespie.
