A disgraced parole police officer is indebted to a neighborhood gang leader and forced to carry out a collection of dangerous drug break-ins within twelve hrs in order to pay the $2 million bucks he owes, rescue his kidnapped expectant spouse, and settle a score with the city's corrupt police chief, who is collaborating with the gang leader and double-crossed him years ago.
