Since the day his wife was attacked citadel tells the story of single and widower dad Tommy Cowley, a guy familiar with agoraphobia. He was not able to protect her. He resides the council estate from hell in Edenstown. Here he finds himself terrorized by a gang of syringe wielding feral children, who are intent on accepting his baby girl.
