Jackie Moon is the owner, promoter, Trainer, and Celebrity player of the Flint Michigan Tropics of the American Basketball Association (ABA). Back in 1976 before the ABA collapses, the National Basketball Association (NBA) intends to unite with the finest teams of this ABA at the end of the season. Just the major four teams could get the move and the teams will probably fold. The Tropics will be the worst team in the league and also if they would like to make it Jackie Moon must rally his team and start winning. The problem may be the fact that Jackie Moon is not actually the trainer and star basketball player he believes he is. Leave his mark within the city and to continue to keep his team against oblivion, Jackie Moon has to inspire his team acquire fourth place.
