15 Février 1839
In 1839, when the British army crushed the Patriots' uprising, hundreds of rebels languish in jail. Marie-Thomas Chevalier De Lorimier and Charles Hindelang realize they will be hanged in 24 hours. While awaiting their death, the condemned consult with friends and family and give them their last wills. At dawn, the five Patriots walk with dignity to the scaffold, knowing they'll die for a just cause. www.tribute.ca
