A Second Chance

Best friends Simon and Andreas lead enormously different and detectives lives. Andreas has settled down with son and his wife. While Simon spends a lot of his waking hours. But that changes when the two of these are called out to a domestic dispute between a couple, captured in a cycle of violence and drugs. It all looks very routine -- until Andreas finds out the couple's baby son. The collected policeman finds himself confronted with his or her own powerlessness and can be shaken to his core. As Andreas slowly loses his grasp it becomes up to the Simon to reestablish the balance between wrong and right.
