Black Angel

Italy, march 1945 Asolo. The handsome wife of a ministry official, livia Mazzion, slides into the car of lawyer Ugo Oggiano. Livia must reach Venice and her fan Helmut Schultz, a Wermacht lieutenant, accursed and as beautiful as a god, by whom she is with a relationship that is burning. Throughout the trip she relives the highpoints of her devastating sexual devastation gone adrift, one who has crushed her life and her destiny, swallowing up her at a bituminous and sybaritic Venice's ruinous vortex. The town, at the throes of the war's final weeks, is rife with traffickers, officials, nabobs, military brass, sharks and adventurers of every type.
