Port-city North Carolina: During a regular camp a local vagrant discovers plans for the invasion in the usa. When he tries to notify the regional Sheriff his claims are dismissed by the Sheriff also it has him locked up for loitering. Whenever the Sheriff notices interactions along with other towns-folk he starts to look into the vagrants' assert of a sleeper cell living amongst the natives within this town. Others begin to fear that the insurgents attack on hometown USA after signs of a beheading is exposed. Questions and tempers begin to rise. Why this beach community with it's Norman Rockwell manner of life? A town where everyone knows each other... or so they thought. When the facts are justice and blind seems lost, It will take an army.
