Excessive Force II: Force on Force

Harley is played by Stacie Randall, a Special Forces agent-turned-investigator who arrives on the scene of a mob hit to assist the local cops. In reality, she's on the lookout for Francis Lydell, her former C.O. and boyfriend, who shot her in the head after she declined his offer to join his freelance assassination squad. She continues her quest to bring down Lydell before he has the chance to assassinate a Mafia informant being held at the police station, ignoring the necessity for surgery to remove the bullet fragment, which still causes her intermittent spells of confusion.
