Stray Dogs

A dad and his two children wander the borders of modern afternoon Taipei, from their outskirts into the rain streaked streets of the city's woods and rivers. By afternoon the dad scrapes out a meager income as a human billboard for luxury apartments, while his son and daughter roam the supermarkets and malls surviving food samples off. That the family takes shelter in an abandoned construction each night. A hypnotic mural adorning this makeshift home's wall strangely affects the dad. On the afternoon of the dad's birthday the family is joined with a woman - might she be the key to unlocking the buried emotions that linger from the past?
