Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie

Bison, the leader of this international organization Shadowlaw, has been searching for the best fighter on our earth for several many years. It is found by him in Ryu, a wanderer who never stays in 1 place long enough to get him. He does, but get a fix on Ken Masters, an American martial arts champion who studied with Ryu below exactly the master. Meanwhile, Major Guile of this United States Army has been forced to team up with Chun Li from China in hopes of apprehending Bison and putting a stop his ring of crime.
