The Bodyguard

Barbara, played by Jane Birkin, weds Julien, played by Sami Frey, a handsome and alluring man. Paul, Barbara's ex-boyfriend and currently played by Gérard Jugnot, has a deep-seated distrust of Julien. It would appear that Julien's first two spouses both passed away under suspicious circumstances, which allowed him to receive a substantial sum of money through their respective insurance policies. Because Paul is unable to ignore the uneasy feelings he is having, he decides to accompany Barbara and Julien on their honeymoon to Morocco in the hope of protecting the lady he continues to love from any potential danger.
