The Sound of Scars
The story of three lifelong friends that overcame domestic violence, chemical abuse and also anxiety to develop Life of Misery, one of one of the most prominent bands in its style, led by the very first freely transgender vocalist. Through the success of their groundbreaking 1993 debut "River Runs Red", hailed by Wanderer as "Among the best Steel Albums of All Time", they funnelled their collective life stories right into a soundtrack for a broken generation. This new discovered fame permitted them to suppress the catastrophes of their past, but in its wake new obstacles developed.
