The Thief and the Cobbler

It is written among the infinite constellations of the celestial heavens, in the depths of the green seas, and on every grain of sand in enormous deserts, that the world we see is an outward and visible dream of an interior and invisible truth. .. A golden city once existed. Three golden balls sat atop the tallest minaret in the heart of the golden metropolis. The ancients said that if the three golden balls were ever removed, harmony would give place to conflict, and the city would be destroyed and killed. But... the mystics had also said that the city would be saved by the most simple individual with the most basic of possessions. There lived in the city a humble shoemaker known as Tack the Cobbler. There was also a Thief in the city, who shall remain unidentified.
