Turu, the Wacky Hen

Turu, the Wacky Hen narrates the story of a creature who becomes the target of scorn for the rest of the henhouse due to her peculiar appearance. Isabel, an ex-music teacher who chooses her for being so remarkable, is unfazed by her wiry legs and featherless back. Turuleca does not lay eggs because she has a hidden talent: she speaks, sings, and dances with abandon. Turu, the Wacky Hen is a full-color, animated party that encourages us to move our bodies to its musical numbers, forcing us to sing verses that can transform us back into children, if only for a brief while.
