Beforeigners

In the near future, a new phenomenon begins to occur all across the world, with powerful flashes of light occuring in the seas and people from the past inexplicably reappearing. These folks, known as "beforeigners," hail from three distinct eras: the Stone Age, the Viking age, and the late nineteenth century. A few years later, Alfhildr, who is from the Viking Age, is forced to work with a burned-out police officer, Lars Haaland, to investigate the murder of a beforeigner. The two begin to piece together a wider scheme behind the mysterious mass arrivals.
