Clubhouse
For first time, Pete Young takes a risk - probably the sole risk of his life - if he applies for and lands his dream job. The issue is that Lynne, his lone mum has no idea what he is up to. Until today, he's been the golden boy while his sister has always been in the doghouse. Pete attends a school that is strict where he hangs out with his very best friend, Mike, that expects to cash in on his companion's new position in life. At the project, Pete becomes a member of a new family which includes Conrad Dean, the team's captain and star third baseman and a few of those boy's all-time idols, that assumes the use of an elderly brother. Additionally are the supervisor, Lou Russo, a gruff but acceptable equipment manager who becomes a father figure that is of Pete. Carlos Tavares, a rookie that believes Pete is his good luck charm, and Jose Marquez, the Empires' territorial mind batboy. Pete is over the moon at being part of his team because he faces the moral dilemmas and curve balls that are thrown his 40, but he has to balance life at home and life in the big leagues.
